2016 is the year to visit Philadelphia.

Philadelphia is a beautiful city, deeply rooted in culture and blended together with innovative, must-see attractions and must-taste dining experiences that continue to expand each year.

Recently, Philadelphia has caught the attention of multiple news outlets’ top 10 lists for a variety of reasons and we couldn’t be more proud of our City.

After the groundbreaking year Philly had in 2015, there’s no doubt why our City is the hot topic this season. The entire world watched as Philly was chosen to host the 2015 World Meeting of Families and blessed by the presence of Pope Francis. Philly was also recognized, for the second year in a row, as an International Festival and Event Association (IFEA) World Festival & Event City and the only US City to be named a World Heritage City.

Now is the perfect time to visit Philadelphia, with all of the amazing upcoming park renovations, like that of JFK Plaza (Love Park) and the Reading Viaduct, and amazing events scheduled to take place including the Philadelphia International Festival of the Arts and the Democratic National Convention.
